  I love diets. I really do.
  I love the satisfaction and fullness you get from eating an entire small-sized salad!
  I love ignoring the hundreds of ice cream bars in my freezer!
  I love driving past a fast food place while still satisfied by that delicious and filling salad!
  But not really.
